Our dog was adopted from the local humane society. Lulu (the youngest of our, combined, 6 kids) begged for a dog and we caved.
Now, where is that child? Why, she is living on her own at college. And where is the dog? Why, peeing all over our living room. haha
In light of the recent extreme cold, no, make that EXTREME COLD!!!, Scout has taken a shine to eliminating in our home. Yeah. Nice. (eye roll)
We have taken her to the doggie doctor. She has been on an antibiotic for an assumed ::ahem:: 'condition' and according to our vet, this condition can now be assumed to be cleared. Except, well, the problem continues.
So, what are a couple of clueless, semi-neurotic, newbie dog owners to do? Here are the options: 1). put the dog to sleep 2). lock the dog in the kennel all day 3). live and let live and let the pee fall where it may. That's all we could come up with, as we contemplated heading off to work this AM, leaving the dog alone in the house for the first time since Christmas break. Hmmmmm....
But wait! My MacGuyver is on the case. Here he comes to save the daaayyyyy!!!
Scout: I don't know what's going on here, but I don't think I like it....
